I have worked in education for 18 years. I grew up watching my teacher family put in countless hours of planning and prep in the evenings, weekends and holidays so I know without doubt that generations of educators have put their students’ needs before their own.

I’m Kathryn and I’m a Speech and Language Therapist with almost 20 years of experience in the school system and public sector. I’m married and have two wonderful kids through adoption.
But for the last three years I’ve been dealing with a health crisis brought on by a combination of auto-immune issues and burnout.
My journey began with a series of frightening emergency hospitalizations and led me to a discovery of the damaging effects of chronic stress on my body
